Once Upon a Winter

Her face was as cold as ice

Her eyes wild open not to fall asleep

My fingers felt numb against her cheeks

Her lips tremble with passion

Her eyes begin to close as they followed my fingers down her neck.

She tilts her head to an affectionate lean

Sandwich my fingers between her neck and shoulder

The vibrations on her bone felt like a train on tracks.

Her eyes opened feintly and her dry lips spoke softly

Ll you write about this moment

Her lips leaned gently against my wrist

If you do, I ll love to give your readers something to imagine

You a memory

She was pretty as a picture

Enchanting as a painting

Vain as sin

It's the way she looks at me

Standing before me bare, with nothing but the skin God sewn in

My only regret is I have one life time to loose to you.
